of the staff’s minister to the French overseas citizens, I managed directly 6 people in the executive office of the
3000 employees at the Minister of Outre-mer. I oversaw the minister’s agenda. I developed strategic plans to implement
governmental and public policies:
➢ Led a challenging project to achieve standardized mobile pricing between France and French overseas territories
by defining the technical and regulatory framework and mobilizing leading telecoms companies, and government
ministers, resulting in 20% reduction in mobile prices
➢ Found consensus among Members of Parliament for the vote of the minister’s budget
➢ Monitored government communication and management of the office’s public relations

I worked in the field of consultancy for several years, internally for some firms, and as an external partner. I
focused on implementing European development programs, searched and lobbied for European funding. (ICT,
consulting service technology, & EU innovation sector
European development Funds FED/FEDER. I worked with the Canadian Government and the Quebec state on
implementing a Canadian- European program of 750 000 Euros. (Education sector)
➢ I carried out consultancy work for an international company in the international trade electronic consumer
goods sector between Hong Kong Tokyo and Europe and won several contracts (500 000 Euros) for the company.
I worked for the French Financial institution, in the IT department as a project manager in charge of business
development, digital marketing, planning, and public relations.
➢ Commercial engineer for the Caribbean region. (I negotiated and won contracts with hundreds of companies)

➢ In charge of European funded program, PRAI. (Regional Project for Innovation). (5 Million Euros)
