- Checking of Equipment, Piping layout & Isometrics drawings and prepare Redline mark-up Drawings & MTO according to site modification Supervision
- Install and erection of piping on the site and Review of Hydro-test packages for piping system

Thorough knowledge of construction estimating and project management
Familiarity with metal fabrication and structural steel shapes
Preparing Estimation for various buildings including warehouse, Industrial buildings and others
Coordinated with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of various programs essential to the work environment
Preparing enquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, subcontract works, specific to project needs
Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement with respect to project execution plans, organization
Proposal documentation in line with the client’s requirements

Review and approval of contractors' quality assurance procedures, and raising NCRs for non-conformant work
Review and provide comments/recommendations on construction test results and checklists
Review and provide comments on completion of each construction stage
Supervision of the contractors' work for compliance with the specifications, and to ensure satisfactory quality
Monitoring site safety

Daily surveillance at site to check and review sub-contractor daily activities are done as per the Approved Specification
To ensure that the Site activities and inspections are in accordance with Approved (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
To ensure that all Test Reports of approved materials delivered at site are verified to meet the contract requirements
Check all testing tools & equipment’s are calibrated and certified before testing

Perform repairs, replacements, maintenance, inspections, and record-keeping duties daily
Lead several specialized teams within the department as needed
Write technically about work performed and submit reports to the department head
