• Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems.

• Interpret technical issues through the non-technical description provided by their customers.
• Provide pre-and post-job support to engineers and specialists at the well site and in the base location, including risk analysis.
• Carries out research to find out the problems and develops solution for the same however be implemented after discussing with line manager.
• Help in the installation process of new and advanced technologies interpreting the requirements specified by the research team and understanding the employees requirements.
• Maintains reports of and hands them to the senior and concerned employees of the company.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Advanced Issues with Operating System, Applications, and Printers.
• Configuration Networks settings with new Devices, Fingerprint and Printers.
• Perform Operating System Installations over Network.
• Manage Fingerprint Attendance machine (Add New User, Show reports).
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Advanced Issues With Operating System, Applications, Printers, Networking.
• Preform And Configure Software And Profiles For Desktop Level For OS (Remotely & Physically).
• Preform Software Installation (Remotely or Physically).
• Provide Remote Client Access To End-User To Resolved Issues.
