-Providing required assistance to employees and completing onboard formalities.
-Collecting Employees attendance data from various work location, Analyzing, Calculating and Recording attendance into ERP HR Software for payroll processing.
-Executing Absent deductions, Overtime Pay, Vacation or Leave entries and complimentary off through variable salary in the ERP software.
-Processing payroll, generating bank file for salary transfer and WPS upload.
-Generating salary slips for salaries issuing in cash.
-Preparing salary reports in cost center wise and submitting to accounts.
-Ensuring and processing all payroll depended transaction are executed correctly to avoid discrepancies.
-Preparing End of Service Benefits for the Employees.

-Entering new employees into Database.
-Assisting to employee hiring asper factory requirements.
-Calculating Employee work hours by collecting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Time Sheets
-Verifying attendance and verifying with employees in case any variations.
-Documenting employee certificates and other details in the file.

-Welcoming customers with extending greetings and courtesy
-Listening customer’s requirements and assisting them to fulfilling
-Recording and Maintaining Customers database
-Issuing invoices and reports to customers
-Receiving payments and submitting to accounts department.
-Attending telephone calls and providing details to customers.
