Identify the scientific exchange needs of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators and other decision maker in patient care unit, establish strong professional relationships, provide credible scientific expertise and serve as a liaison to ETKAN Medical, and external technology medical partners.
•Monitor, predicts product related trends in targeted Saudi market, and maintains competitive awareness within these markets.
•Develops Business Plan, Sales Strategy, Budgetary for market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Direct and manage ETKAN sales team operations & functions across Saudi main three regions (E/C/W) so that agreed targets and objectives for ETKAN projects are achieved by sales force team.
•Lead the sales efforts to define “win-2-win” solution requirements (technologies, existing contracts services, etc) for client engagements with a focus on maximizing client value and growing Etkan’s share.
•Continually develop sales pipeline by pursuing opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing clients;
•Directs sales efforts and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
•In conjunction with operations director, establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in different region and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
•Responsible for the performance and development of the key accounts heads and prepares action plans for penetrate new markets, effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
•In collaboration with Tech Support Division Head, prepare proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.
•Participate in internal CXO’s meetings (i.e., professional development, knowledge management; planning and forecasting)
•Effectively target, propose, negotiate and contract with meaningful (i.e. management approved) new corporate, national and Strategic organizations.
•Controls overall expenses to meet budget guidelines across Saudi main three regions (E/C/W).
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
•Customer visits, client office based support and intercompany travel throughout area as and when required

Main Achievements @ ETKAN / GENESIS PLANNING:

•Acquiring Etkan/Genesis Planning(G.P) two big projects with MoH(2.5M/SAR) & Saudi Specialised Med Authority(1.2M/SAR)
•Winning Etkan/G.P deal (900K/SAR) with Saudi Youths & Sports Authority for Project Planning & Delivery (2 phases)
•Singing Etkan/G.P official MoU with MoDA for providing 2 Years Consultancy Project (1.5M/SAR)
