Creative Telecom Solution Engineer with 6 years’ experience in Telecommunication field, skilled in Radio Frequency & WiFi in-building solution design, Microwave Transmission design and implementation of Radio Frequency, WiFi and Microwave Transmission systems. Earned an MBA degree at Durham University Business School in order to develop my project management skills, improve my career path into leadership managerial skills, learn new business development strategies in planning for the long run, gain new skills in negotiation with suppliers and customers and take my problem solving & management abilities to the next level.

• Achieved 2M Euro acceptance in 2G-3G expansion mobile network in Karabakh-Armenia within six months via optimisation engineering of the network.

3 months training at alfa at the Radio Engineering Department, RAN Research & Studies Unit. The purpose of the internship was to review the KPI formulas related to “Traffic Channel blocking”; I worked on mapping and validating these formulas through benchmarks with two companies: Nokia Siemens & Ericsson. I gathered various KPI’s used in the Radio Engineering department and consolidated them in one document after defining each KPI with a clear figure and value for usage and reference by the unit team members.

2 months training at Ogero covering: Concept of digital microwave, digital signals, line coding, Synchronous and Asynchronous Digital Hierarchy, Structure of the PDH signals starting from 2Mbps to 140 Mbps & SDH frames STM-1, STM-4 & STM-16, operation and configuration of digital microwave systems (Ericsson) deployed in Adlieh. Different site visits were also accomplished. Project Executed: a hands-on PDH and SDH systems, testing and analyzing data frames, identifying used transmission line codes, and the modulation techniques such as 4-PSK, 16-QAM, 64-QAM, 8-TCM, Differential Coding, Costas Loop. Also practical trouble shooting of the PDH and SDH digital microwave Siemens equipment as well as switching platform. I was also involved in a complete case study of the OSP cables, cable testing using state-of-the art equipments such as Dynatel and SideKick.
