Description of Duties:
Detailed planning, coordination and interfacing of construction activities within continuous operating plant environment.
Integration result all team works, including result review for all deliverables with specification, datasheet, calculation, technical vendor evaluation, construction drawing/detail engineering and As Build Drawing propose by Contractor. If needed give comment and request for approval for Project Manager.
Supervise and coordinate with other engineers for the execution of the topography survey & mapping, all earthworks and also responsible for the construction plan of the pipe line, equipment foundation, road construction and all of building needed to support the operation of project.
Responsible for and ensure that the result of the civil works in both the engineering and construction phases:
• Based on the Standard Codes
• Effective and efficient
• Optimum cost
• Pass the Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Safe and environmentally acceptable
Check the compatibility of the civil works with the functions and engineering aspects.
Coordinate with other to achieve the highest Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Coordinate with others to plan and execute the RK/RAB
Analyze and recommend the contingency plan
Supervise the specifications, qualities and quantities of the materials and services needed
Supervise the technical study of all the civil works.
Monitor progress, ensuring that work quality and techniques are of a high standard, and report regularly on project performance and cost against company objectives;
Ensure by leadership and guidance, that civil contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors, Ensuring that contractors at the correct work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both co-coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract milestones.
Review the contracts documents (drawings and specification related to his discipline) and advise the Construction manager of any deficiency and raise TQ accordingly.
To ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice is in effect, only approved materials are used and compliance with shop drawings. Report any deviations to Construction manager.
Participate in reviewing Field Design Changes related to his discipline, by giving the technical position addressing any foreseen Cost and Time Impact.
Technical support and assessment to Contracts Engineer and Cost Engineer of Trend Notices Approved Variations and Claims.
Closely monitor Inspector/ Engineer performance and advise the Construction Manager in case of deficiency or poor performance.
Attend technical Meetings

Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) to be prepared with QC dept and submitted prior to starting the relevant activity. Ensure Inspection & Test Plans and other Quality Verification Forms address all necessary information outlined in the project specification or in the Manufacturer recommendations.
Description of Duties:
Detailed Inspection Project at the Beginning of Construction Period.
Responsible for Quality Control of work in the Field.
Make Correction for Shop Drawing as Project Manager Instruction.
Prepare Shop Drawings for Agreement from Project Manager.
Supervision and responsible of work in field for all project.
Responsible for progress Project until Construction finish.
