Perform Electrical BIM modeling and detailing duties efficiently and quickly.
- Support BIM Lead on various project requests
-Read electrical drawings and coordinate with other trades
-Work in conjunction with the rest of BIM Team.
Create detailed shop drawing for architectural MWF elements
- Create accurate CAD drawing for Architectural Trellis
- Train Construction Design and BIM to Constructability Coordinators.
- Work with company VP to develop different Architectural concepts
Create model and presentation for DDC case
-Support BIM coordination process
-Updating As-Built Drawings in BIM
-Reviewing Plan Checks, Modeling Plans and Specifications
-Producing accurate shop drawings for concrete and metal building elements
Use Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam to produce detailed shop drawings for concrete elements
-Read construction plans and write RFI’s
-Visualize buildings and building elements in three dimensions.
-Prioritize workflow, and work with a team of engineers and technicians to meet deadlines
Used AutoCAD to draw blueprints for houses and basic structural frames
-Utilize Revit and collected data from construction plans to produce shop drawings.
QA/QC electrical conduit and electrical fixture installation drawings
-Create Trimble field point drawings for electrical fixtures
-Create electrical room plan drawings with sections and details showing electrical equipment locations
-Collaborate with all project disciplines.
