 Installation services for hardware and software components(servers and workstations)
 Perform and support RealityLINx / V-Suite (CORE and Web), including on-site configuration, upgrades, maintenance, installation and integration with client’s enterprise data systems such as SAP, Meridium, OSI PI, EDMS System, and Primavera.
 Establish work plan for project implementation and coordination with clients.
 Data management including backup for project databases on regular basis.
 Provide project on-site end-user support for software technical and troubleshooting.
 Leads on-site 3DAV-training classes in the use of RealityLINx / V-Suite products, and provide assistance to power users.
 On-site transfer of knowledge to personnel.
 RealityLINx asset model QA/QC (performs quality control on the 3D modeling and Intelligizing activities performed on projects)
 Documents Controller and Maintain good documentation on customer’s feedback and their requirements.
 Assigning TML’s in to 3D model using RealityLINx / V-Suite based on Industrial standards and criticality ratings.
 Create Knowledge Views (3D Isometric Drawings) in RealityLINx / V-Suite.
 First Level of 3D modeling (Importing PDS models, laser scan data, update 3D model based on P&ID drawings).
 3D Model Intelligizing.
 Create Asset Workspaces based on customer requirements (e.g. Inspection / Maintenance / Process Engineering/ and Operation).

Providing application support in Saudi Aramco on behalf of Baker Hughes Reservoir B.V for UREDD
Unconventional Resource Exploration and Development Department, where main responsibilities are:
 Data Management and Data Integration in Petra Application and other vendor application
 Programs Installation, Upgrades and Troubleshooting
 Providing Daily Support for G&G of using their software applications, responsible of supporting JewelSuite, Petra, and Seisware.
 Good Knowledge of exporting data from Aramco corporate EPPR Database, Geolog, and Openwork
 Experience of using Aramco ECC Helpdesk Remedy Ticket System
 Import / Export Data using JewelSuite (Well Headers, Deviation, Tops, Logs. etc...)
 QC / Data Analysis

Attending meetings with clients.
 Identifies resources needed and works with all team functions to assign individual responsibilities.
 Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
 Works with development team to create appropriate schedules.
 Routes work between all responsible people in all stages of development.
 Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate departments and team members.
 Facilitates team and client meetings to review work.
 Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
 Engaging in project management duties and Writing reports.

Providing application support for Petroleum Engineers in Saudi Aramco on behalf of AspenTech Middle East for P&CSD Department responsible of Aspen Tech software’s including Installation, Upgrades, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
 Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
 Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
 Administrate Application Licenses.
