o Support end users for all hardware and software problems, including. Computers software and hardware, networking, printing, emails office Applications and business applications.
o Follow up and coordinate the purchase of new hardware according to company business processes.
o Follow up and manage the maintenance of the hardware (computers, laptops, printers etc….) whether internally or through external providers.
o Responsible to manage and maintain suitable stock of spare parts to avoid delays in supporting the users including stock of ink cartridges for printer
o Provide first line support for the network, both LAN and WAN and work conjunction with the network and system administrator to resolve any problems.
o Manage the day-to-day operation of IT Department in the factory.

o Responsible of the installation of all LAN network in any new remote sites or local sites (in Egypt or Abroad)
o Maintain the LAN infrastructure in HQ and all remote location (plants, warehouse, offices, etc)
o Assure the applying of ABC standard during installation
o Work in close with the communication Administrator during installation and maintenance for the LAN network (switches, wireless access points, .etc)
o Deliver the necessary documentation for the network and keep it up to date.
o Forecast and suggest any requirements in the LAN field
o Ensure secure, reliable and scalable network for my company
o Data center Administrator (Air condition, UPS, Fire fighting, security, control, auditing access, etc)
o Work with security administrator to ensure the required level for infrastructure security.
o Responsible of the lease line for ABC local sites (in Egypt or Abroad)
o Provide 2nd level Network support to 1200 user, 45 ABC sites and 2 FI sites
o Provide hardware break fix support, LAN’s support, and Avaya system and Panasonic system
o Provide support to the CEO team based on a special preset SLA.
o Prepare and deliver laptops/desktops/hardware builds.
o Proactive visits to ABC remote sites to check computers and make sure they are updated with the latest software.
o Assist Network Team / Patch panel / Switch patching Printers / Scanners/ Fax / Copiers / Projectors to be managed Building and Customizing Servers.
All Servers to be mounted in Racks / properly labelled.
o Work as a partner with the business leaders in the areas of Logistics, and Retail to identify
o Opportunities and requirements for standardization, simplification, and automation.
o Drive process improvement, develop and evaluate the functional and technical solutions to meet business needs.
