Main responsibilities:

1.Prepare all the scientific data, training manual & training slides.
2. Prepare the detailing aids (brochures, drop cards, flyers...etc).
3. Comprehensive product training.
4.Full market analysis for each product by using IMS data & tenders data.
5. Action or business plan for each product:
a. Estimated target according to the market readings.
b. All the financial expenses (detailing aids, lectures, gifts, sponsoring, ...etc).
c. SWOT Analysis.
6.Support the pipeline by recommending new products, after a good analysis for the market trend & IMS data.
7. Individual & double visits to monitor (our products & the market) performance & to insure the implementation of the company strategies & product massages.

Extra responsibilities:

1.From my responsibilities follow up all GCC tender like ( SGH, NUPCO, MODA, SEDRA, Kimadia & All MOH tenders in GCC countries)..

2. Business development ( searching & correspondence with interna-tional pharmaceutical companies for licensing in new products.

3. Acting as a Country Manager for the Nigerian market.

1.Successful Launching of four new products in the Jordanian market, due to the implementation of a strong marketing & action plan, with the right segmentation & massages for the customers.
