A. Responsible and accountable for all area procurement as per guidelines .
B. prepare procurement memo, technical check, contracts, purchase orders based on fair and transparent processes with suppliers/contractors.
C. follow with Finance on timely basis regarding contract follow up (CFU) to ensure all procurement contracts are registered, recorded and paid.
D. Manage the online Order Form Follow Up )OFFU( and regularly share the OFFU with requesters (AC, PC, PM, Finance). Share with all departments and requesters the OFFU report to ensure that all OFs submitted to logistics are documented and the status of the order relayed back to the requesters on a weekly basis.
E. Check deliveries follow-up of each procurement contracts and ensure procurement cycle effectiveness.
F. Support Capital office.
G. Conduct regular Market Surveys with coordination with the line and department managers.
H. Support programme staff with procurement needs and requests.
I. Responsible for the compliance and filing organisation of all logistics documentation.
J. Ensuring timely communication with Capital office for all supplier screening process.

N. Gather all data/records and share them with the line manager on the time of TITANIC report.
O. Stock/Warehouse Management

R. Ensure the safety and security of stock/Warehouse and ACTED goods within stock; - check the fire extinguishers are in working condition in stock, control the entrance and exit door locks, etc).
A. support the effective operation of the NRC Logistics Team/ IRBID and related programs activities.
B.Support the effective operation of the NRC Logistics Team and related program activities located in Wadi Al Arab Dam, King Talal Dam, Um Qais and King Abdullah canal by providing general logistics assistance in accordance with NRC Logistics policies and procedures and relevant donor guidelines.
C.Monitors the progress of the team activities and ensures they are implemented conform planning, quality guidelines, budget and (donor) guidelines and/or monitors on progress and on the quality of the team output.
D.Develops with the assigned team, quarterly activity plans and/or feeds in the quarterly team activity plan with technical experience and knowledge.
E.Identify, analyses and evaluate key processes and gaps in the team activities and make recommendations for improvement .
F.Liaison and collaborate with relevant local authorities and/or stakeholders .
