• Producing accurate, timely and detail management accounts on monthly basis with commentary
• Maintaining accurate and prudent accruals and prepayments schedule on monthly basis with detailed comments
• Balance sheet reconciliation with supporting notes and back-up every month
• Advise the management board regarding financial exposures
• Prepare and submit a cash-flow forecast to the management board on monthly basis
• Manage the Finance and Procurement departments (including Store) on day to day basis, alongside the staff management
• Set Finance team objectives and appraise on annual basis
• Financial appraisal of all business cases and capital expenditure
• Prepare annual budgets and manage the whole budgeting process
• Prepare quarterly forecasts
• Report actual against the budget and forecast on monthly basis
• Enhance and develop financial reporting with relevant key performance indicators
• Support the Commercial Director with contract negotiations
• Manage debtors
• Advise management board regarding bad debts
• Implement audit able controls for cash collection through charge notes
• Issue timely invoices to all customers
• Review and improve all internal controls and processes such as purchasing, procurement, debtors, etc
• Monitoring and reporting on capital expenditure, project costs and financial benefits/loss against the business case assumptions
• Assist all departments with financial expertise and work as a finance business partner across the organization
• Liaise with supplier and customer finance departments to initiate settlement of disputes or outstanding issues
• Understand, review and challenge all spend in the business
• Development of a culture of financial accountability

I was a hard worker with Talal Abu Ghazaleh International in Amman branch,
I had responsibility of tow juniors and tow semi-seniors in my teem
I left the work with TAGI at December 31, 2008.
Now Im working with Ernst and Young (one of the biggest audit firm)
