Responsible for prime product sales planning and operations

As an establishing company, my roles are:
-Perform Sales Operations including spare parts, prime products.
-Train the service team for correctly performing PDI & Final Delivery Jobs.
-Design and specifying of trucks, material handling units and heavy equipment.
-Negotiations with Manufacturors.
-Working with body buiders, resourcing and negotiating technical and financial offers.
-Tenders.
Customer relation.
-Negotiating some dealership agreements.
-Sales section job desciptions and staff evaluation.
-Market researches.
-Negotiating prices with the suppliers.
-Affecting competitive pricing.
-perform competitor analysis.
-Closing sales deals.
-aligning operations with the mangement strategy.
-enhancing precesses visibility between deifferent section and management.

Responsible for managing all operations required to support a fleet of (1009) equipment & cars. The fleet is distributed within several projects and (1400) length kms. One main workshop in Tabuk, Two supporting workshops and several onsite service centers .

My main tasks are:
•Implement a SAP project named Ta7sud.
-setting KPI's.
•Warehouses Supervising & Developing including qualifying staff, building systematic inventory controlling & warehouse operations.
•Workshop operations including building & implementing work orders system & plans for cost reduction, (33.7%) saving achieved.
• increasing availability and reducing repair times & costs.
•Preventive and Periodic Maintenance is additional success.
•proper supply of parts and materials, standarizing resourses qualification criteria and alignment.

-prepare annual budjet for the department.
-technical analysis for all new vehicles, maintenance contracts required by the company.
-vehicles repair and availabilty.
- periodic maintenance of the vehicles and equipment.

• Provide Technical advice regarding equipment selection and specifications.
• Establish a firm administrative and record keeping system for the company.
• Negotiate & compromise with suppliers regarding all technical matters.
• Approaching and counseling company customers.
• Revise monthly and quarterly performance reports.
-setting sales strategy.
-perform market researches and analysis.
-Aligning sales department plan with the management strategy and goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Coordinate Project workshop day to day needs as per schedule and resolve issues.
•Manage workshop Heavy vehicles, Equipments, Plants and Small tools.
•Ensure the machinery downtime to minimum.
•Follow up machineries time table and operational cost and execute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
•Approve spare parts purchases.
•Advise on new equipments purchasing and specifications according to project needs.
•Manage transportation, equipments and vehicle movement as per projects requirement and availability
•Implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance and repair programs for all equipments.
•Drive results setting the technical, equipment, safety and plant maintenance standards.
•Provide strong leadership and technical support to a group of experienced staff of technicians.
•Recruitment of mechanics.

•Responsible for ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency of plant and equipment.
•Ensure the machinery downtime to minimum.
•Set standard procedures and practices for the small maintenance group.
•Control and monitor maintenance costs.
•Recruitment of mechanics and Continuous improvement and technicians development.
•Ensure adequate tools for diagnosis and repairs: blow by, tetraguage, E.T., hand and engine tools, engine and transmission repair stands, Hydraulic system, Brakes, etc.
•Keep updated on service information (ie. Service manuals, SIS, MCWS).
•Train mechanics on safe and professional procedures.
•Responsible for safety.

•Supervising all Service Admin. Operations.
•Supervising costing and preparation of Service and Spare Parts Offers and contracts.
•Advise Parts Counter Offers Pricing and Conditions.
•Negotiating Deals with customers indoor and outdoor.
•Qualify opportunities and follow up there process into Sales Funnel.
•Deal with customer complaints and providing Solutions.
•Maximize Labor and Parts Sales to achieve required Targets.

•Establish and maintain client relationship and handling issues.
•Revising and negotiating Service Quotations and Maintenance Contracts.
•Provide technical support.
•Monitor the performance of contracts, prepare estimates and provide service quotations.
•Ensure the profitability of the service contracts is maintained.
•Prepare and execute daily, weekly and monthly service reports

•Regional Sales and marketing of Caterpillar and Construction equipment such as Excavators, Dozers, Backhoe Loaders, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders etc.,
•Preparing and negotiating offers and handling customer’s issues and technical machine specifications requests.

•Trainee in Field and Workshop repairs and testing of Caterpillar Equipment.
•Preparing and following up all service quotations.
•Calculating and preparing Gensets, Machines and Lift Trucks maintenance contracts.
•Processing all Warranty Claims, Failure Analysis with the Factory & follow up on settlements.
