Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department and ensure that the department operates efficiently and effectively.
Oversee the preparation and timely filing of VAT, ZAKAT, etc.
Oversee the annual financial audit, preparation and finalization of year-end financials .
Manage vendor relationships .
Strong internal control environment to achieve effectiveness and efficiency .
Financial Strategic Planning & Budgeting .
Cash flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts.
Treasury Management - Bank Facilities ( L/Cs, STL, ..etc.) and Cash Management .
Finacial Reports Analysis.
Track the company financial status and key performance indicators for potential improvement .
Maintain the Financial Health of the Organization .
Risk Management - Assessing operations and observed the financial risk .
Monitor industry best practices and identify value added initiatives to continuously improve processes and systems.
Feasibility analyses for new investments - preparing P&L, BS & CF with NPV, IRR analytics.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Ensuring all accounting transaction are performed correctly on time.
• Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time.
• Monitoring bank position, cash flow for funding requirements.
• Responsible for quarterly and annual financial Statements preparation.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that an annual audit is completed on time.
