Sr. System Analyst & Project Manager
Responsibilities:
 Preparing Project plan and managing project needs.
 Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects.
 Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
 Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of company HIS & e-Registration systems
 Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
 Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
 Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
 Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
 Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
 Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
 Provide minor programming for some requirements.
 Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
 Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
 Verify database and data integrity.
 Participate in weekly meetings with the IT network team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the CIO.
 Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.

 I work on ERP system (Financial, HR, INV.).
 I work on Careware system that includes patients’ issues but I work in depth on - (PHR) Pharmacy system.
 I work on e-Register system that includes universities Student Information System (SIS) and Dewan Management System (DMS) and Student Affairs System (SAM) and Student Reward System (SRS) and Medical Unit System (MUS) and Student Housing System (SHS).
 Responsibilities includes:
 Analyze and perform new requirements on Careware system.
 Perform Development and Support implementation for Careware systems.
 Perform integration Between Careware systems and EHS System (Hakim).
 Analyze and perform new requirements on e-Register system.
 Creating Database for Some e-Register systems.
 Perform testing process for e-Register system.
 Perform integration between e-Register systems.
 Giving training sessions for end users to be able to use e-Register system.
 Perform Implementation process for e-Register system.
 Continuing end users through using e-Register system.
 Perform Development for e-Register systems.
 Perform testing process for ERP system.
 Perform Development and Support for ERP systems.
