- Review the group monthly Income Statements, Comparing it to budget, defining the variances and its causes.
- Preparing the consolidated income statement for the group companies, Comparing it to budget, defining the variances and its causes.
- Reviewing and preparing the cash flow positions for the group companies, prepare the cash on hand and at banks report on daily basis.
- Reviewing the Periodic Reconciliations with banks and with large Customers.
- Follow up with the group accounting Departments to make sure that we are in a compliance position with the External Auditors requirements.
- Preparing the Manual Procedures for Finance Departments for the group companies.
- Participation in Budgeting process for Group Companies, preparing the budgeted consolidated Income statement, Cash projections, Balance sheet.
- Preparing periodic reports to assist top management in Decisions making.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial information relating to specific Banks, e.g. banks results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Tracks financial status by monitoring monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
- Identify financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
- Reconciles reports by comparing and correcting data.
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- financial modeling and projection;
- Considering how the economic implications of factors might affect the performance of banking system and its related companies.
- Conduct inspection tasks for banks related to its assets quality, e.g. loans, portfolio management and investments process, banking operations.
- Conduct special tasks, e.g. management’s performance evaluation, analyzing major borrower’s financial statements and how they can affect specific bank or group of banks.
