A member of the office of the CEO who works closely with the Family members and the various teams of the Company (such as Investment, Finance, and Operations) towards increasing the overall wealth of the Family.
 Work closely with the Investment Team in order to allocate and analyze all financing or investment opportunities.
 Conduct full credit and/or market analyses on certain investments as requested by the CEO.
 Maintain and manage the relationship with financial institutions, companies that the CEO or any other family member is a Board member, and other HNW Individuals.
 Monitor the cash allocation to the different investment channels and update the CEO on the payment schedule in order to be ready to meet any outflow.
 Coordinate and maintain communication channels with all Executives and Directors within the Group to ensure the flow of reports are accurate and as requested.
 Follow up on the execution of the Corporate Goals/Decisions, set milestones, and quantify progress which gets reflected on the KPI’s.
 Work with the Deputy-CEO (DCEO) on setting the yearly KPI’s for the executives and assist in assessing the percentage of completion.
 Work closely with the committees of the operating companies (schools and hospitals) and hold periodic meetings to ensure proper execution to the CEO's directions.
 End-to-end handling of special projects as requested by the CEO or DCEO.
 Act as the liaison between the CEO, the corporate teams, the Office of the Family Members, and the other departments (such as the Charity Association, the Aviation Team …etc).
 Overlook the entire activities of the CEO Office and all the teams that fall underneath (including the international team, aviation team, personal assistants, house managers, and others) and handle all their requests.
 Manage all administrative work incurred in the CEO Office, meet with guests and act as a representative for the CEO once requested.

Senior Relationship Manager / Financial Analyst - Chairman Office at High Net Worth Family Office

Worked as a Financial Office Manager in the office of the Chairman of a prominent Riyadh family group serving my internal client base (family members) for all their financial and banking needs.
