- Led and managed the QA/QC processes and procedures for several Commercial and Royal Family construction projects performing duties such as: Developing the PQP, works and material inspections, compliance with specifications, QA/QC inspection reports, preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments, solving technical issues faced.
- Led and managed the projects’ closing stage to excellent standards carrying out: final inspections, snagging lists, handing over procedures and final authorities inspections to obtain completion certificates.

5) closure of NCR and Requests for inspections.

- Designing pre engineered buildings (PEB) and
structural steel buildings using software such as:
MBS, STAAD pro and SAP2000.
- Performing Material Take Off analysis and providing Bill of Materials for projects.
- Providing full and detailed cost estimation for
Designed steel buildings.
- Preparing proposal drawings for using AutoCAD.
