• Document, review and develop Policies & Procedures manuals for Human Resources and Administration among some other functions.
• Manage Business Process Improvement initiative for HR and Administration functions
• Revise the organization structure and defining the functional responsibilities
• Conduct Job Analysis and develop and update Job Descriptions (through one-to-one interviews, questionnaires and benchmarking)
• Design and implement Performance Management system (with a focusing on retention strategies and Career Development for Saudi employees)
• Support departments‘ heads to identify departmental performance gaps and define their operational annual plans
• Manage the annual Performance Management Cycle (Setting Goals, Performance Review, Year-end Employee Appraisal, Increments and Bonuses)
• Oversee Manpower Planning and budgeting process
• Monitor and participate in screening and recruitment process
• Review the Salary Scale, Grade Structure and Benefits Structure (in coordination with an external consulting company)
• Advise the HR Department Head and staff regarding HR critical issue and incidents
• Manage the development cycle of HR and Payroll modules within an Enterprise Resources Planning package (in-house ERP system)
• Manage the implementation of the HR and Payroll modules.
• Manage the internal HR, administration and payroll operations.
• Interfacing with and training all levels of end users.
• Lead a team in developing a mid- size application for nursing agency firm.
• Translate business requirements into business process models.
• Transform user needs and processes into process maps and procedures.
• Design, Develop, Implement and deploy a customized workflow solution.
• Interfacing with and training all levels of end users.
• Design, Develop, Implement and Deploy workflow solutions using Ultimus BPM Suite.
• Design and Deploy first draft workflow maps at customer sites.
• Develop workflow solutions using the Ultimus BPM Development Studio.
• Work with clients to customize a workflow process.
• Work with business units to determine / document / optimize business processes and workflow using a workflow automation tool.
• Develop custom code and scripts to meet the process automation requirements.
