Define operational goals and implement policies and procedures to achieve the desired goals
•Automobile workshop Management Operation, maintenance and Repair of Light and Heavy commercial vehicles and equipment.
•Workshop Manager, operation management, Business Process improvement.
•Control the cost spent on repair & maintenance in an optimal way as per the work requirement.
•Arrangement for maintenance schedule (AMS) for periodical service intervals as per the recommendation of the fleet manufactures.
•Control and monitor on the maintenance cost.
•Ensure by preserving the service history to ascertain the value of the vehicles.
•Ensure that the Vehicles / Equipments will be available at all time in good condition.
•Rotate the Equipment as per site condition, and site plan
•Communicate with all the operators and maintain a safe and professional environment in the site premises
•Arranging Start Card meeting with all Equipment operators, to inform them about work hazard and how to be safe during the work
•Instruct, mentor, and motivate the staff while resolving their conflicts to maintain a proper work flow
•Assign shifts to the staff and arrange for replacements if the assigned staff is on leave
•Evaluate performance of the employees in the site
•conduct periodic tests and maintenance of the equipment
•Report all activities to the site manager
•Follow-up with insurance company to make sure all the equipment has insured
•Contact with police when we have any accident and follow -up with insurance company for repair the damage
•Back charge to the subcontractor in case have any equipment rented to them

Follow up with operators to keep their equipment in good condition
•Control all equipment timing on site
•Supervising for all site foreman and give them the instruction
•Report all equipment work condition to the management
