Implement/maintain NRC standard practices in fleet / logistics procedures.
Implement/maintain vehicular and passenger security and safety procedures/systems.
To ensure the correct vehicle usage procedures by the operation drivers as per "Drivers Rules and Regulations"
To maintain accurate control, recording and monitoring at all times of drivers and vehicle logbooks and provide monthly fuel usage reports to the Transport / Logistics Officer.
Ensure that vehicle service intervals are closely monitored and that service is carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Review the vehicle situation to ensure that a cost effective size of fleet is maintained and that the vehicle fleet is making optimum use of a pool or allotment system.
To organise local drivers to effect the timely and efficient reception to and dispatch of personnel from the office and operational area. Report on driver movements and activities.
Train and develop driver skills and standards to be of the highest International safety standard.
Provide advice on applicable fleet issues that affect the overall logistics operation.
Support, train and develop national staff and volunteers as applicable with the aim to transfer skills and knowledge. To drive the assigned vehicle according to the Rules and Regulations for use of NRC vehicles
Follow up on overtime hours and mileage usage on each vehicle and enter them on Excel log sheet.
Working as a Hub team leader in Agility Logisitcs (PWC Logistics JORDAN) from March 2009 till date.
Owns a successful experience working with different Projects such as AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange Service) and KBR Government & Infrastructure (Kellogg Brown & Root Services.
Duties:-
Managing and handling the responsibilities for daily operation of the warehouse department in inventory control, warehouse management and deliveries.
Mange all aspects of warehouse: shipping, receiving, inspecting, physical inventory, use of related equipment (such as counter Balance, Reach Truck Etc...) analyzing and determining best storage requirements.
Holding complete responsibility for receiving the goods from the Vendor till deliver the Goods to the end user.
Manage the planning, controlling and reporting of all shift activities, supervising the team to finish the task within an accurate period,
Quality and Quantity control.
Managing and handling the responsibilities for daily operation of the department
Managing all Maintenance request.

Al Asad site manager duties:-

- Normally new hairs arrival at Al Asad base were there are bereft screened and send to there deferent duties.
- Al Asad Site manger in the main key regarding the success of the operation being a focal point.
Duties:
- Coordinating between the Direct Customer and Undirected and our Principals SKF
- Taking orders and confirm them with SKF
- Being the direct link between the Customer and SKF
