-Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals. -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs -Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations. -Meets sales engineering support financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. -Developing technical write ups & carry out technical calculations required for the solutions in hand. -Assisting/supporting in engineering documentations and pricing estimations of projects. -Supervising Installing and commissioning systems at customer sites -Schedules installations by studying sales orders and specifications -Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills -Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition -Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills -Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
-Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
-Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
-Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
•Service and maintains assigned equipment within area and sites .
•Supervising Installing and commissioning systems at customer sites.
• Responding to emergency callouts as necessary.
•To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
•To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
•To supervise and monitor the site labors force through General Foreman and or Supervisors.
•To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered.
•To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
•Reporting the daily process to the Erection and Installation Manager.
