As an HSE Development Manager, I have the following responsibilities:
1. Work with the HSE Group General Manager to deliver his HSE vision and strategy to all Group Companies and Business Units.
2. Draft training plans, strategic objectives, and build and deliver training programs and workshops to all HSE employees.
3. Facilitate annual meetings, training sessions, brain storming sessions, and strategic planning meetings in all levels.

Path to Quality (PtQ) is our Quality Management standard system that consists of the main requirements of ISO 9001 QMS and some other DHL requirements.
PtQ has 14 major elements that have to be fully maintained and improved in all DHL sites.
My responsibility as a Quality and Environment Manager covers the following:
• Establish, maintain, and update Quality Management System.
• Monitor the progress of DHL PtQ 14 elements in all sites.
• Plan, execute, and report high level SHEQ audits (compliance audits) on all sites.
• Train and qualify First Choice Champions (FCC) to become Quality practitioners and auditors in their sites.
• Plan, monitor, and approve all process audits (internal audits) by FCC’s on all sites.
• Facilitate necessary trainings and lectures in fields of Quality, Environment, Process Improvement, and others subjects to all employees.
• Prepare and execute GoGreen plans for all sites.
• DHL voluntary activities within the area.
• Closely monitor CAPA process (Corrective / Preventive Actions) in terms of training, generation, follow up, and closing.

Project Department Engineers handle the client through the entire project phases, starting from the client’s order to the completion of the project’s deliverables and any further client’s requirements related to operation.
My role as Projects Manager was to oversee the activities of each project and monitor the performance of the Project Engineers as well as the performance of the projects with respect to production, QC, and delivery, as well as assuring the client satisfaction through proper communication channels.
The rule of coordination team is to provide the manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors who deal with Saudi Aramco the necessary training to be familiar with the system of supplying equipment to Aramco projects and to provide the necessary information to complete the project related documents according to Saudi Aramco standards.
Coordination activities include but not limited to dealing with all contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, sub-vendors, suppliers, as well as manufacturers around the globe who are related to any Saudi Aramco project in terms of purchased equipments and machines, by means of training sessions to guarantee on-time completion of mega projects.

During my service at Raymond I successfully initiated the entire Quality Management System of (ISO 9001/2000) (did the same as well for Raymond International in Bahrain) taking full responsibility of drafting the documentation system, training of staff, and auditing.
