• Plan, monitor, and approve all process audits (internal audits) by FCC’s on all sites.
• Facilitate necessary trainings and lectures in fields of Quality, Environment, Process Improvement, and others subjects to all employees.
• Prepare and execute GoGreen plans for all sites.
• DHL voluntary activities within the area.
• Closely monitor CAPA process (Corrective / Preventive Actions) in terms of training, generation, follow up, and closing.
