my main mission was to boost everything from social media to more visibility between the bikers community and the people who would love to do it.
my second mission was to help improve the company's daily procedures like company looks, signs, operations, new purchases and all kinds of money savings for the company.
most important point for me was to enjoy it as it's part of my hobby
Alketbi Companies:
Fiorano Service Center and alKetbi Motors are the companies I manage their Social media, marketing, customer service and the detailing department.
Social media:
As young experienced Social media motor head I applied the new technics to gain the attention of the companies around us in the auto market, within two months of working on my ideas I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel and our social media accounts started to grow 10X faster than before.
With using the highly active selling accounts on the Instagram and giving special offers to the customers coming through our social media channels the point we started to see new platform of customers coming to us and asking about what we do, what we have and if there is any new crazy projects will happen soon so they can come and cover.
Marketing: the continuous support from my colleagues in the customer care department we started to get in touch with the old customers and companies who used to deal with us.
We had the plans of being everywhere in the automotive market so started registering Fiorano SC and Alketbi Motors in all the events, races, shows and meets.
Customer service:
Other than being the marketing guy in the small company I’m taking the role of customer service representative for the company as I have enough experience in this kind of field. The journey starts from welcoming the customer to explaining what we do and have to taking the delivery of the car and submit it to the service advisor.
Detailing department:
as petrol head addict, I keen to improve myself and the people around mw with what I learned and what we have. Started the detailing department with the little experience I had about this field and improved it by taking courses with professionals in this field and that’s other than trying myself what’s the best way to do it to make sure the highest quality of service.
I started car detailing only with one detailer only and now ended with car detailing and ceramic protection with 3 detailers.
Organizing the company’s marketing structure.

Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions. Continuous visits to the market for new customers and meeting the current customers.

when I first joined the university I was not sure of my career communication engineering but few courses later i realized this is not my field despite my experience of engineering all my school projects I used to do so I moved directly to the business field and took marketing as my major and it did really help me in my small business that I was doing during the uni hours and until now. graduated with experience of 3 small business startups, huge experience in the automotive field as I was working as social media specialist for automotive magazine (motorheads.me).
2 years in the New world private School was enough for me to used and to learn UAE life after coming all the way from Sudan. the school gave me huge push in terms of knowledge to choose my career in the university.
