• Supervises all accounting activities and ensures the implementation of the accrual base.
• participate in preparing various financial studies as capital budgeting, cost reduction, savings etc… in order to analyze and suggest means for the optimal utilization of resources.
• Ensure the proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Reviews the contracts prior signing to identify its financial impact on the company`s financial position.
• Essential role in preparing and the discussing periodic reports regarding the progress of the finance activities in the company.
• Facilitate the review of external auditors for the production of the financial statements at year end.
• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate reports by finance personnel for review and decision making by management.
• Facilitate the rotation of work responsibilities amongst finance department personnel allowing them to gather knowledge and experience about the different aspects of the Company`s financial operations.
• Monitoring the performance of finance staff through regular meetings and work review.
• Deal with lawyers, bankers, agents, suppliers etc - form professional relationships.
• Tax related work.
• continues review for all the trial balance accounts, including AR, AP, Banks, Accruals, prepaid, Depreciation, assets…. etc.
• Cash flow preparing and daily monitoring for company cash position.

1- Finalization of financial statements and ensuring generation of financial reports on a timely basis.
2- Controlling and follow up all inventory transaction in all company branches.
3- Transfer, distributing and pricing all merchandise to company branches.
4- Supervising the preparation of journal vouchers and ensuring that all input data has been processed correctly
5- Controlling and follow up all company expenses, assets, liability, equity, cash, and bank transaction .
6- Prepare and controlling cheques payment, transfer payment, online payment, and cash payments.
7- Ensuring that all accounts are cleared and the reconciliation of accounts is prepared monthly.
8- Monthly bank reconciliation.
9- Creating monthly payroll and calculating employees’ benefit and others.
10- Monthly sales reports, profit/loss reports, Cash Flow Report, bank position reports, stock Card reports.
11- Responsible about all company accounts, contracts, and intercompany transaction .
12- Monthly, quarterly, and Yearly closing Reports.
13- Company accounts managements.
14- Deals with international and local supplier.
15- Coordinating and following-up with internal and external auditors.
