- Preparation and Evaluation of Interim payments to contractor and
subcontractors in accordance with contract requirements.
- Prepare, assess and certify variations / change orders to the client.
- Keeping records and logs for Variations, projecting on the final value of the
Contract and following up with the clients.
- Following up the negotiations with the contractor regarding Variations and
Change Orders.
- Keeping records and managing files of Claims/Disputes and Assisting in Claims
Assessments in Accordance of Contract documents and Client Expectations
- Responsible for the progress of the daily works and the quantities of work
completed on site and reporting to the client.
- Attending Progress weekly and monthly meetings and relating to the QS works.
- Responsible for the Measurement of works completed from Shop Drawings and
As Built Drawings.
- Responsible for Material on Site and Invoices following up and reporting to the
client.
- Monitoring the compliance, of Materials delivered, with the specifications within
the Contract documents (Drawings, BOQs and specs) and Water Ministry
Expectations.
- Liaising with staff and Parties regarding the technical details of the works done
and works to be done.

PROJECT 1 :WadiHills Residences Project (60 Million Dollars)
Client : Benchmark / Solidere Lebanon

- Preparation and certification of interim payments to contractor and
subcontractors in accordance with contract requirements.
- Responsible for checking the quantities of work completed on site against BOQs.
- Checking and Monitoring delivery of materials and keeping convenient
documentation.
- Prepare client valuations as per the contract conditions.
- Prepare, assess and certify variations / change orders to the client.
- Participate in regular project progress meetings.
- Responsible for Re-measuring works from as built Drawings.
- Liaising with staff and Parties regarding specifications, quality and progress of
works.

PROJECT 2 :Khams Shamat - Sabboura Project

- Responsible for the execution of all civil works and coordination and following
up with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Material procurement and ordering.
- Coordinating with the Structural and Architectural designers regarding the
changes on site and problems with original design.
- Attending Weekly and Monthly meetings and reporting progress of work to the
client.
