► Working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for UNEC CO. (UNITED ENGINEERING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS ) as an Architectural Engineer from NOV until April, During of this period I worked in Villas for Military Army in Riyadh AL-Kharj as a Finishing manager of the project responsible for all the finishing works & activities
• Villas projects for Ministry of defense of Saudi Arabia in AL-Riyadh AL-Kharj city the cost of this project, , SR.

Responsible of leading a team of the logistic works in the project transportation
•Handle over works of Sub-contractor
•Quantity survey for high-rises building

► Working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for AL-RAWAF CO. for Trading and Contracting as Architectural Engineer from Sep until Dec, During the period of my work I completed the following Projects :-
•Tow Battalion and one Brigade for National Guard in AL-QASSIM city the cost of this project, , SR.
Duties and Responsibilities :
•Prepare Architectural presentations, Working drawings for preliminary and submission phase, of the project using AutoCAD latest edition and freehand drawings.
•Developing Designs of the building, Site Planning and preparing for the shop drawings of Architectural or Civil to precast connection detailed drawings using AutoCAD latest edition and Manual.
•Preparing Project Presentation Drawings for approval in Government agencies and client
•Coordinating or meeting with other Consultants (Design Team) or the client regarding the Project.

Handle over works of Sub-contractor
•Quantity Surveyor : Estimating Quantities and preparing payments to the government
•Technical office Manager at the end of the project.
•Valuing finished work and arranging payments.



•Construct Three Battalions for National Guard in Riyadh the cost of this project, , SR.
Duties and Responsibilities :
•Technical Task Solution (Design, calculation, cost estimation, material & tools, manpower)
•Project planning (Teams, work classification, time plan, QC & Safety, Report to Manag.)
•Project conducting & implementing (joining, installation, Inspection, Progress & cost report )
•Approval of material
•Adoption and taking the approval of the material from consultant and follow up the delivery as soon as possible
•A comparison tables between the approved specification of material and contract specification.
•Review quantities provided by the contractors and tables comparing the contract quantities
