*Taqteer Learning Centre - Doha, QATAR (October 2011-Present)

Worked at Taqteer, on temporarily bases, as a Learning and Development Consultant (L&D) where I dealt with Human Resources departments of different entities to help in successful nationalization and Career Development Plans (CDP) for different positions. Knowledge in Qatarization and National turnkey solutions. Also, played a role in designing training development strategies for banks in Qatar such as Barwa Bank and Ahli Bank, who are about to start executing these plans with Taqteer. Moreover, designed soft skills programs that were taught to many governmental entities, followed up with English and Business courses for major accounts such as (Statistical Authority of Qatar, Aspitar, Anti-Doping, Qafaq, Ragas). Worked with Q-Chem at the Career fair 2012 to help on positive recruiting by running successful psychometric tests and interviews.

• Applied Materials, INC Austin, TEXAS (2009-2011)
In October of year 2009, I capitalized on the opportunity of joining the work force at Applied
Materials, INC as a team supervisor for material handlers in the logistics department where I had to monitor teams work along with setting meetings, use time management skills, as well as problem solving strategies. Applied Materials, Inc. is the global leader in providing innovative
equipment, services and software to enable the manufacture of advanced semiconductor, flat
panel display and solar photovoltaic products. Applied materials, INC technologies help make
innovations and products such as smart phones, flat screen Televisions and solar panels more
affordable and accessible to consumers and businesses around the world.

• Khal's Group INC Austin, TEXAS (2003-2006)
As a part of my Degree plan, I started my entrepreneurship programs as an Assistant Manager at Khal's Group, INC (Retail Store) in Austin Texas in year 2003. Between the years (2006- 2009) I continued in the same focus and career path to achieve the position of General Manager at Khal's Group, INC (GM) managing three successful retail stores in Austin, TX within the specific market. Duties included, managing stores and employees, ordering, receiving, hiring, firing, bank deposits, preparing daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports, problem solving, customer service as well.
