• Managing the site team to ensure the Client is provided with a project to the required safety and quality standards completed to programme and within budget.

• Approving/reviewing contractual and financial commitments, invoices, and variation orders submitted by the contractors prior to submitting it to the client
• Ensuring the timely and comprehensive inspection of all facilities for their quality and integrity as per contractual agreements in terms of required materials/ equipment specifications and standards by the customers and statutory regulations.
• Ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions.
• Managing projects’ staff according to the established policies and processes of the company.
• Responsible for seeing that the highest standards of Health and Safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
Projects:
• Green Oasis, Riyadh: 400 Villas, three strip malls with offices and one hypermarket (Ongoing- Total value: $ 110m).
• Al Suleimeniya Project: One strip Mall and a Residential Building (Ongoing- Total value: $ 17m).
Managed the execution of a crucial project totaling up to 30m S.R; including being responsible for client progress meetings on and off site, cost controls, invoicing, variation claims, invoice payment resolution, conditions of contract, and the overall project scope strategies.
Managing and controlling all tasks and activities of the project at all stages and conditions in order to ensure delivering project's outcomes within the required time frame, budget and quality.

Oversaw a renovation projects for an archaeological site in Baalbeck. Collaborated with an Italian Engineering Company, ARS Progetti, to renovate the site with zero damage to the existing Roman ruins.
Reviewing the engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders & analyzing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.
Monitoring and controlling work activities to ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual requirements and executed at the required performance level

• Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, safety and environmental team and clients’ team.
• Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements; identify training requirements, review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of briefings.
• Provide, monitor and control labour plant and materials to meet the programme.
• Manage sub-contractors and direct workforce.
• Ensure high standard of quality on the works to meet the specification requirements ‘first time’ and minimise rework.
• Assist engineering team with working method and outputs for production of method statements and programme.

Acted as a lead team member among a team of four engineers (3 Architects), formulating strategy and participating in proposal preparation and negotiations to ensure objectives are met.
Assessed damaged buildings post the 2006 war; provided new designs for highly damaged constructions.
Developed re-establishment proposals for the affected areas, including provision of Civil Studies, BoQs and price estimates for individual project.
Served as an assistant Project Manager for water and sewer pipeline installation for Baalbeck and 17 adjoining villages. Coordinated among different technical teams located throughout various project sites.

Beirut Arab University, 2001-2002 Conducted, in collaboration with different companies, a detailed and extensive research on plastic analysis and its utilization in maintaining buildings safety. The project was awarded the first prize in the engineering exhibition held in the university. * 2002- 2003 Completed final year project in “Elastoplastic behavior of concrete”.
