- Following all visiting doctors' bookings with the involved sections, and coordinating with the travel agent to provide the best service for the department guests.
- Continuous update with airlines and hotels to compare the rates and services with business size in between.
- Handling highly profiled delegations from the management and the dep. Guests to assure providing the best arrangements.
- Following urgent and critical medical cases for overseas treatment.
