- Prepare the Trial Balance monthly file “Dashboard” and apply the needed
mapping in order to prepare monthly income statement.
- Prepare quarterly Income Statement analysis and Balance sheet Statement
analysis including financial ratios, trend, charts, vertical and horizontal analysis
in addition to justification.
- Prepare monthly detailed analysis of Income statement items “Narrative
Report”, compared with previous period in order to analyze trends and justify
any differences (including financial and non- financial indicators).
- Prepare other financial studies and reports related to (financial trends,
averages, providers, activities, ratios and correlations) as requested by
management and other departments.
Handle budget preparation, including reviewing and discussing assumptions
with all departments to compile annual assist from Syriatel departmental
entities pertaining to OPEX and CAPEX.
- Prepare the preliminary draft budget and performance financial statements for
review by the departments' directors, concerned officers and Chief Executive
officer.
- Prepare Syriatel consolidated annual budget with multiple scenarios based in
management's request including budgeted income Statement, Balance sheet,
Cash Flow, and other budgeted statistical information.
- Prepare on monthly basis, the actual vs. budget formal reports per department
per Unit. To review the OPEX and CAPEX.
-Check accounting treatment (Account and cost ) for all warehouse transactions
registered on Oracle.
- Conduct monthly, yearly and spot physical stocktaking for all warehouses .
- Prepare jornal entries for all accrued(good in transit, purchases) that are not
received on the system.
- Reconcile inventory Sub ledger value against related balance on Oracle General
Ledger Module, in addition to reconcile Asset in store with asset register.
Oversee Shipping and Receiving, Organize Storage Areas, Monitor Inventory Quantity
Distribute mobile line " Prepaid or Postpaid line" to MTN accredited distributors. Distribute Prepaid Transfer- Postpaid Payment. Distribute mobile phones. Dealing with company's bank accounts deposits and withdrawals.
