• Design, development and implementation of database management system
• Review and development of test plans to meet customer requirements
• Ensure satisfactory service with customers at all levels (Business Analyst, Developers, and Business Owners
Gather Information for Custom Engineering Packages. Communicate with the technical staff to obtain all necessary information.
• Support the technical staff with technical information and troubleshooting, based on the custom engineered package and/or ISAT Manual.
• Generate CAD details in conjunction with the engineering performed. When a CAD detail is not feasible or not required, perform hand draftsman quality drawings
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments
• Maintain adequate store supplies
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank
• Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Training at the safety, production, quality, maintenance, logistics and cost departments, including:
• Material science, metallurgic processes, and heat treatment
• Quality assurance of the product at the physical, chemical and x-ray laboratories
• Logistics, costing reports and annual budgeting and costing systems
