Planning, managing and monitoring all the activities, processes and operations within the Liquid & Sterile Department form Plant including mainly the production, in addition to overseeing final production delivery in accordance to the set plans, quality standards and assigned budget
Utilization of manpower and machine through the cross functional training between all production sections and all working centers
Bears the responsibility of taking decisions to move things forward and acts promptly to address urgent needs
Managing the implementation of the Production function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with Riyadh Pharma’s rules and policies
Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
Implementing manufacturing strategies, action plans and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and fully utilize manpower, equipment, facilities and material
Preparing, measuring, and controlling Production KPI
Preparing the production capacity module,
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing principals (OEE, 5S, SMED, Time and motion studies).

DETAILS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The main duty is to manage the product and packaging lines of the Liquid and sterile dosage form of which the production cycle is well planned considering duties of all personnel the timing and place, type of machine and the progress in quantity and quality. The no. of section employees is 100 people. Co-ordination, management and preparation of plans as per the policy of the utility all the time considered.

1 The distribution schedule of work is as follows:-

Plant for manufacture the non sensitive dosage forms for 1 year .

Plant for manufacture the sensitive dosage forms (Pancillens & Cephalosporin) for 3 years.

Plant for sterile products, semisolids products, liquid preparations for 1.5 years.

2 The tasks and duties:-

Supervise and controls all productions process in the plant.

Giving opinion, evaluate, and put the plan for monthly production programs .

Control all documents and documentations actions .

Overcoming obstacles, challenges and problems solving in productions process.

Dealing with my own authority workers (technical and administrative).

Management training programs for new operators and old operators .

Contact with relevant departments such as QC, R&D, Engineering …etc .

Data entry productive processes to software computers programs

To deal with special cases ( reprocessed batchs, changes polices …etc)
