Oversee and manage various construction activities to ensure compliance to project specifications and safety requirements within the timeframe and budget
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues that may arise and highlight them along with possible solutions
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants and different sub-contractors to ensure timely project completion
Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topography reports and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards
Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overrun and safety hazards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures
Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction related challenges
Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with client and consultants
Undertook site training on how to link project plans and site activities
Received adequate training for inspecting various construction elements pertaining to the construction of the residential buildings
Conducted daily and weekly progress reports
Acquired adequate knowledge in regards to project coordination between different trades (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical)
