Duties:
I am responsible for the daily running and management of an Outbound call center and the Local Market through the effective use of resources with responsibility for contacting and meet with potential customers and clients with the aim of gathering information and selling a product.
Typical work activities
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
- Planning and managing change.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
- Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports.
- Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
- Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
- Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis
- Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks.
- Interviewing, hiring, training & induction of all new joiners.
- Analyzing performance statistics and making decisions on the basis of these statistics
-Follow up with companies/Clients, Supporting their recruiting needs and selling them the right
recruitment products & services.
-Initiate and develop a strong relationship with over than 130 customer Globally.
-Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution−oriented
selling approach.
-Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these
needs,
-Give online demonstrations to clients order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
- Manage and guarantee the required loyalty level of current customers.
- Manage the growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers,
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with identified leads,
- Explain products, services, prices and answer questions from customers.
Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing markets
* Liaising with customers to answer and resolve their queries.
* Constantly developing existing sales processes which will generate sustainable growth
* Responsible for developing own portfolio of customers
* Collecting all the information required to create a request for an estimate
* Writing accurate & informative sales reports and documentation.
* Contacting prospective clients by phone and email.

* Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private & public sector
* Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate responses
* Attending sales appointments at clients premises
* Cold calling potential clients via telephone or personal visit
* Making appointments to meet new and existing clients
Planning and carrying out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring
customer satisfaction and managing quality of service delivery. On the actual Sales level my major
duties include: Prepare sales action plans and strategies. Schedule sales meetings. Develop and
maintain a customer database. Make sales calls to new and existing clients. Develop and make
presentations of Hotel services to current and potential clients. Negotiate with clients. Develop sales
proposals. Present sales contracts. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. Ensure customer
service satisfaction and good client relationships. Follow up on sales activity. Monitor and report on
sales activities and follow up for management. Participate in sales events. Achieve sales targets.
