Responsible for successful SAP Business One implementations technical-wise for ABS customers which includes:
• Purchasing, installing and configuring hardware needed for SAP including servers, virtual machines, firewalls, routers, etc.
• Installing and configuring MS SQL Server, importing data using DTW.
• Creating queries, Crystal Reports, PLD Reports, create users, set authorizations, set company settings, create shared folders.
• Configuring B1i, SBO notification procedures, alerts, approvals, formatted searches, UDT, UDF and UDVs etc.
• Prepare remote connectivity for SAP B1 using Microsoft RemoteApp or Citrix, VPN installation and configuration,
• Configure server and database mirroring, schedule backups and prepare disaster recovery solutions.

I was responsible for preparing the network infrastructure and the application and database servers, and for the installation of MS SQL Server and SAP Business One server and client software packages, and for creating all required reports and for modifying system layout reports. I was also responsible for measuring application and database performance and solve any issues on application, database and OS level.
Project: SAP Business One Implementation for Al Bakhet Group
My role was to maintain the client's physical and virtual servers, install and configure SAP Business One applications and configure its integration with mobile devices, and to create custom reports based on the customer's requirements and business process.
My role was to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements, and to design and deploy integrated solutions with SAP CRM.

A complete ERP management solution of the company group's vehicles, employees, projects, customers, assets, stocks and finance. This management software contains all scenarios related to procurement, sales, payments, orders, cheque books, invoices and receipts, attendance, etc.
This software contains more than 500 dialogs and 200 reports. All reports were created using Crystal Reports Professional v.8.0 and connected through SQL.
