• Manage, to create new Companies,
• Manage, ERP (SAP) Development, Infrastructure, and Field support department.
• Develop the IT Department’s strategic objectives and KPIs and ensure all employees are working towards the
achievement of these objectives.
• Develop the IT Department’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting
the required targets and responsibilities Develop plans and budgets for future IT needs based on corporate objectives.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of the IT Department’s policies and procedures in order to achieve the
department’s objectives.
• Manage all IT Technical support operations to resolve problems for the end user’s satisfaction & oversee configurations,
utilities, software default settings, etc. for the internal workstations.
• Evaluate /select IT, vendors, to ensure the most appropriate service is yielded at the best competitive price.
• Ensure that development versions of systems are maintained properly and in accordance with Andalus Electronics
standards.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the Andalus Electronics website and ensure that all relevant information is
included/updated.
• Documenting, archiving all correspondence, and troubleshooting follow-up supplier visits and maintenance.
• Prepare and submit reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) to Direct Management, as required, that cover all IT activities
and any issues that may arise.
• Recovers any gaps that might face IT Dept.

•Assign daily jobs and check lists to IT staff, train them on all needed theoretical and practical procedures.
•Claim suppliers for any Software/Hardware conflicts.

•Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher level.
