•Coordination between all disciplines and utilize the BIM Models to Perform
clash deduction between the disciplines and prepare a clash deduction
report extracted from the models.
•Utilize BIM software like Revit and Civil 3D to calculate QTQ.
•Review GIS models and the related workflow.
•Prepare BIM completion reports.
•Attend BIM meetings, Site progress meetings, and technical workshops

• Review of the shop and as-built drawings.
•Responding to the contractor's technical queries and site-related issues.
• Following site progress, quality of work, and Site Inspection.
• Attending Progress and technical meetings
•Follow up site civil inspectors

Project--Jumeirah village Triangle -Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Review of technical submittals like material submittals, method statements
and procedures, specifications, and technical proposals
• Inspection of all civil, Structural works and materials upon contractor's
request.
• Attend technical, progress, and quality control meetings
• Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure proper site activity follow-up.
• keep an eye on the contractor's work quality and construction
methodology.
• Responding to the contractor's technical and site-related issues.
• Organizing local authorities’ inspections (JAFZA) for structural works and
obtaining building completion certificates/permits.
• Preparing the snag list and handing over the works to the end-user and
client
