Financial Analysis of Human Resources.
Keep track of the programs offered at the Fund resources.
Follow-up, support and find solutions to problems.
Seeking for structural development of the Women's Division of follow-up operations (training, -
Rehabilitation and employment).
Prepare daily reports and annual summarize the career production in a yearly.
Provide functional staff.
Preparing contracts and supervising the preparation of career files (job offer, registration in Social
Insurance, the provision of certificates and follow-up requests for different kinds of insurance, etc.
Update project locations on a daily basis to the portal system and submit it to the system SAP.
Insert absence of all branches of the company portal and submit it to the system SAP.
Prepare lists of (passports and Iqama) and introduced into the SAP system.
Supervising the transfer of sponsorship and provide requirements (Letters, forms, etc...) and then followup
online.
Logistics Services Tasks:-
Limit the number of vehicles and supervise the introduction of Vehicle data on the system.
Action Notifications for expiration dates for the vehicle and authorizations for leadership.
Statistics mileage of the vehicle and gasoline expense.
Census time maintenance of vehicles.
Preparation of daily and weekly reports per vehicle.
