Acting as Marketing Manager for both malls City Centre Alexandria & City Centre Maadi, reporting to the Regional Marketing Director.
-Work with the Regional Marketing Director to develop an overall Communications Strategy and "umbrella guidelines" that the mall will embrace and monitor adherence to these guidelines.
-Interface with the Regional Marketing Director and assist in developing communication strategies and related activities which promote the Mall as a 'destination of choice'.
-Ensure that all marketing eforts are aligned with the Annual Marketing Plan, Asset Brand positioning and overall objectives set for each of the operating assets.
-Supervise the implementation of marketing activities as per approved plan set for the mall and ensure quality and timely execution.
-Manage marketing activities / campaigns for the malls including creative and all marketing collateral required and ensure documentation of each campaign / promotion / activation and analysis of results and retailer's feedback for post reports.
-Maintain monthly cumulative reports for mall's publicity, social media and website monitoring and provide ongoing feedback to The Regional Marketing Director, Mall Management and Mall Tenants.
- Analyze demand and competition of the Brand.
-Present ideas and strategies for new marketing campaigns.
-Responsible for running promotional activities on ground.
-Compiling and distributing, financial and statistical information.
-Monitor performance and ROI of marketing activities.
-Managing campaigns on social media, and align with the social media agency to keep the platforms running according to the brand guidelines.
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive customer engaging events along with the annual budget for the mall's marketing plan.
-Monitor and control related budget expenditures on a regular basis and ensure that all accounting procedures are strictly adhered to.
-Coordinate with Retailers and CS Team to ensure all staf are aware of all activities and their locations and timings.
-Work with related departments to assist with the promotions, entertainment and events throughout the year.
-Coordinate between the Marketing Manager and the suppliers (agencies), before and during the campaigns.
-Review press releases, and edit them according to the brand guidelines.
-Follow up on the on-ground activities of the marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the marketing budget and the annual Marketing Plan.
-Handle the monthly Marketing Reports (PR, Sales & Trafic, Campaigns Analysis and Social Media Reports).
-Coordinate the Marketing Campaigns & Events with the assigned agencies, as well as the contractors.
-Communicate with the customers, in case of they have any inquiries or complaints to achieve the best level of service in the mall.
