Managing a team of 60+ both for Finance, Admin, IT and HR. Responsible for the overall financial performance, governance, monitoring and control of the organization as well as ensuring both effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
In charge of the product marketing team responsible for both passenger and commercial vehicles. My duties included product positioning, pricing, media communication and new car launches.
My role was to participate in Retail target setting and to monitor sales performance also to ensure that BMW CI with respect to all showroom activities were in place. Transferring product updates across the retail channel. Was responsible for QMA “Quality management automotive” certification of BMW dealerships through adopting a set of modules both for new and used car operations. I was also in charge of the demo fleet operations.
Have worked across several areas under the Finance umbrella, starting from heading the Retail accounting, then a Fraud followed by Accounts payable and lastly as Finance manager for Rays, which was an integration company acquired by VF.
Responsible for Audit planning, field work execution up to drafting Financial statements for a set of reputable business across UAE
Responsible for audit field work for a set of multinational clients mainly in the oil & gas and FMCG fields
