Leading the Quality Scope and Quality team in All Redcon Spain Projects in Hyde Park

- Cluster 18 Park (Core & Shell Villas, with their infrastructure, Keystone,
Roads…)

Responsible for:
- All documentation and paper works related to QA/QC in site
- Creation of Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Creation of Method Statements & ITPs
- Putting a quality system in the project within its very beginning
- Attendance of progress meetings
- Leading a Prep Meeting with the owner & Consultant before every new activity in site
- Leading an internal Prep Meeting with the construction manager and construction team before every new activity in site to discuss the MOS, ITP and steps of work
- IRs/ MIRs
- Internal NCR and Closure of External NCR
- Material Submittals

- Check all structure and arch. Activities and ensure that within quality standards and technical procedures.
- Implementation of the Quality control and Quality Assurance plan.
- Inspecting all IRs and MIR daily before consultant visit and ensure that approved from consultant and recover any consultant comment
- Make an adequate method of statement (MOS) of each activity before starting
- Closure of NCRs and following site instructions

Quality Control and Assurance for all working in the site of (Hospital 57357-Expansion) project, a third party, as the Contractor's Consultant.
we assure the Quality of concrete, Anchors' Grouting and Elongation tests, Struts, and the Soil tests including sand cone, proctor, dynamic loading tests, and Plate loading tests, ....etc.
On July/August 2014 I had a training experience as a trainee site engineer in Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), in Mall of Egypt project.
There i learned a lot of things within my field of study (Construction Engineering),
There i learnt new thingswhich are not common in buildings, such as huge concrete walls with height more than 40m, double slabs, Prestressed beams and Precast slabs, Sloped Slabs and Concrete folded plate roofs.
It was a great experience for me as a student and Trainee.
On August/September 2014 I had a training experience as a trainee site engineer in Detac, in Mivida project.
There i learned a lot of things within my field of study (Construction Engineering)
On July/August 2014 I had a training experience as a trainee site engineer in Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), in Mall of Egypt project.
There i learned a lot of things within my field of study (Construction Engineering), and i learnt new stuff which are unique in this project such as building of a Ski Slope
I'm Construction and Management Engineer, I've just got my Bachelor's degree from The Faculty of Engineering - Cairo University. My Graduation Project was about Planning and Construction Management, and I got an (Excellent) degree on my project, where i learnt the basics of planning a project and making a professional time schedule. I learnt to make a Quantity Takeoff and a BOQ, making a Cost Estimation and cash flow analysis. I also learned how to make an Activity listing and Estimate the duration for each activity. Besides my major studies as a civil / construction engineer which contains studying Concrete design, Steel design, Structure analysis, Foundations, Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics, Irrigation Buildings and Irrigation Systems design.
