Prepare petty cash reimbursements report.
Handle all banking procedures including bank reconsilation, issuing the banking status, withdrawing and depositing checks and making transfers.
Follow up with clients for their payments.
Handle financial procedures with the clients.
Prepare the receivable report each week.
Prepare the balance sheet and the journal entries and trial balance.
Prepare and deliver the payroll on a monthly basis

Assist in Dealing with the relevant governmental authorities to ensure efficient filing of company documentation .

Issue invoices and follow up that the clients received them.
