• Created a full flow chart of the work done from the Bank side for the online & mobile banking

• Engaged in creating and fixing .net & java web services which is needed for both online and mobile.
• Suggest different solutions for special (bank) problems on all fields of the application (Security, business, not existing needed features…).
• Advising business people on the best solution to be applied for their need online.
• Proposing/demonstrating solutions on business done in other banks if needed (consolidated from 9 huge banks in gulf countries)
• Hitting the right objective from the start (per module/request) avoiding major changes in the future and minimizing RFC’s to the max.
• Taking measures to avoid business overlap which increases the risk of errors and compromise different requests simultaneously.

• Code review Sybase (checking mainly performance issues per delivery and coding convention)
• Filling gaps not recognized by bank (mainly entitlements and other hidden configuration issues)
