• One of the team that initiate maintenance system ( CM + PM )
o Managing asset list & map it with unique labels.
o Designing work order.
o Designing log file & calculating back log.
o Implements FMEA analysis.
o Calculating Rework & utilization for technicians.
o Calculating inventory min & max limits for spare parts.
o Making cost reduction & modification to reduce total downtime.
• Arranging maintenance schedule.
• Managing, coordinating and coaching a team of 5 workers.
• Designing and implementing preventive maintenance program.
• Suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime.
• Suggest machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved.
• Communicate to OEM to solve machine breakdown or to install a new machine.
• Checking the machines spare parts inventory periodically to make sure service availability.
• Organizing work orders issuance and maintenance priorities along with the production manager.

• PLC troubleshooting (Omron - Ge Fanuc - Siemens - LS (LG) - Panasonic).
• Electrical power lines troubleshooting.
• Inverters installation and programming.
• Troubleshooting for classic control panels.
• Installing new production lines and machines.
• Designing new electrical power and control panels.
• Dealing with motors and sensors (proximity, photocell, limit switches…...) and encoders.
