Duties: I have joint the project during its last quarter Jacobs has assigned me the following responsibilities:
Design Manager: Review consultants respond to shop drawings, Material submittals and RFIs to ensure compliance with the scope and control changes.
Review change instructions / Design reports to validate the scope and ensure completeness.
Packages Manager: Responsible for Managing and Monitoring the progress for the Façade, external landscape and Elevators packages.
Sustainability Manager: Responsible to review sustainability submittals and Manage the project team to achieve Gold certificate for the project.
Closeout Manager: Responsible for Managing As built drawings, O&M manuals and Client training for the Architectural packages.
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a world-class multispecialty hospital consists of 360 bed facility (expandable to 490), five clinical floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute inpatient units. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will provide patients in the region Cleveland Clinic’s unique model of care, reducing their need to travel abroad for treatment.
