Energy Saving Projects:
Major Projects:
- Tecom Investment Authority Energy Saving Project, Dubai Holding ( 9 Zones )
- Majid Al Futtaim Malls Energy Saving Project
- Majid Al Futtaim operated Hotels Energy Saving Project
- Dubai Waterfront Market Energy Saving Project
Projects Scope:
• Implementation of energy conservation measures as proposed to client.
• Scopes consisted of equipment replacement (Chillers, pumps, HVAC equipment, domestic water systems...) to reduce client’s properties and plants power, energy and water consumption, as well as CO2 emissions.
• Scopes also included new technologies implementation to enhance the efficiency of major equipment/systems such as installation of adiabatic cooling systems on buildings chillers, upgradation of Building Management System, control philosophy and sequence of operations, waterless urinals…
Role:
• Coordination with all stakeholders, Client, client assets management teams, consultants, internal energy team and subcontractors to ensure proper and timely execution of projects.
• Manage program/budget for each scope, in accordance to client and Enova technical standards.
• Contacting contractors for projects and day to day jobs.
• Dealing with local authorities when required to obtain necessary permits and approvals for certain projects.
• Carryout Site surveys, technical and commercial tendering for projects with reference to scope of work specified.
• Preparation of official proposals and submitting to client.
• Managing projects financials, including contracts, POs, invoicing.
CAPEX Projects:
Major Projects:
- Mall of the Emirates High End Outdoor Restaurant development (ongoing)
- Mall of the Emirates Various Capex projects; Mall HVAC plants/systems Enhancement.
- City Center Fujairah STP/RO central plant Construction.
- Various MAF malls Capex projects execution.
- Kempinski Hotel new greenhouse concept restaurant development.
- Various MAF malls redevelopment of shops units.
Role:
• Execution of budgeted projects (Development/MEP) for clients’ portfolios, from the scope identification phase, through procurement process, and during the execution in behalf of the client.
• Manage client RFPs, tendering, program/budget creation for each project, in accordance to client and Enova technical standards.
• Carryout Site surveys, technical and commercial tendering for projects with reference to scope of work specified.
• Coordination with Clients, consultants, contractors for projects and day to day jobs.
• Dealing with local authorities when required to obtain necessary permits and approvals for certain projects.

- Arabian Ranches 2 - Lila Project 219 Villas
- Umm Al Daman Villa - Luxury Villa
Role:
- Following Materials Submittals preparation and approvals.
- Material quantities takeoff and scheduling for deliveries.
- HVAC Systems installation and maintenance (AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Duct, Pipes, Filters, Grills and Diffusers).
- Installation of Plumbing systems for Both Underground and High Level.
- In charge for site team and activities and planning in coordination with other parties and services for Mechanical, Electrical (in some projects) and Plumbing Installations.
- Provide a look ahead program for the various activity in site in coordination with the project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Consultant regarding site activities and inspections to ensure work is delivered in a proper way and form.
- Performing Testing and Commissioning for Mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
