تحمل جميع المسؤليات داخل العيادة, بالتعامل مع المرضى والكادر الطبي والاداري وحتى بعض الامور المالية. بالاضافة الى مسوليتي التامة بالاشراف على سكن الكادر الطبي.
I have full responsibility of interior clinic administrative such as dealing with medical staff and the patients as well as I'm responsible about the financial and supply chain issues. also I manage the accommodation for the medical staff.
This job helps to raise the accuracy rate schedule appointments and responding to the client properly. At that time I was working as telephone operator to responding the customers and transfer their calls to the qualified employee and respond to their queries and determine their appointments.
مثل هذه الوظيفة ترفع معدل الدقة بجدولة المواعيد ولاباقة الرد علئ العميل بالشكل الائق، حيث كنت في ذلك الوقت كنت مشغل سنترال من حيث الرد على العملاء وتحويل مكالماتهم للموظف المختص والرد على استفساراتهم وتحديد مواعيدهم.
This type of jobs may increase self-confidence, the spirit of initiative and how to handle the conflicts between employees who are under my administration also ability to make decisions. At that time I was working as a supervisor and I was responsible about 40 workers approximately, I was taking the attendance of employees and motivate them to do their job perfectly and implemented on time.

I was working at this institution on two jobs (accounting and monthly inventory as well as work as a delegate for public relations), where dealing with suppliers and major customers and I am researching them all enterprise requirements and strive to make customers happy by facilitating the selling on credit and deliver orders on time without delay.
كنت اعمل في هذة الؤسسة على منصبين الاول وهي المحاسبة والجرد الشهري وقد كنت اقوم بإقفال الحسابات يومياً عند الاغلاق، اما بالنسبة للعلاقات العامة فذلك يتم او يحدث عند التعامل مع الموردين وكبار العملاء حيث اقوم بالبحث معهم جميع متطلبات المؤسسة والسعي لارضئ العملاء من خلال تسهيل .عمليات البيع بالاجل وايصال الطلبيات بالوقت المحدد دون تاخير.
