• Surveillance Staff and Worker Activities, payroll, attendance records, Utilities and other expenditure
• Production Planning and D/N shift planning
• Maintain Q.C for product growth
• Conduct internal audit for weekly basis
• Dealing vendor and customer for selling and purchasing material and product
• Review inventory stock for fluent production
• Preparing stock reports on daily and monthly basis
• Maintaining database of incoming/outgoing material and keeping inventory of Purchase orders and Delivery orders
• Physical inspection/surveillance for the quantity/quality of material in accordance with purchase orders
• Receiving/Clearance of bills received from vendors against the product purchased
• Forwarding the Delivery receipts to Accounts department after clearance and receiving of the raw material/goods
• Issuance of raw material to relevant stores for the storage and to the production according to the work order to be executed
• Conduct internal audit on trimester basis for keeping the check of the flow of the material within the unit
